What's Mommy Doing is something I cooked up when both of my kids started school 5 days a week. I went from being a stay at home mom, to just.....staying home. And I wanted to get out of the house. So I challenged myself to come up with something to do each and every day. For a while I documented what I did, and then I stopped. Because really, who gives a crap what a stay at home mom does all day.
Here, I'll give you a hint: Laundry, dishes, and grocery shopping.
Yeah, I know. I was bored too. So I've decided to start giving unsolicited advice and sharing recipes I create to use up the leftovers. You're welcome.
NOTE: This is not a recipe blog - amounts noted are not set in stone. In my house, you cook with what you have in the fridge at 5 o'clock, and you substitute when you have to. Also, everyone has food allergies these days - calm down about it. Get creative. Use these recipes as inspiration, not instruction. And feel free to chime in at any time - the more the merrier.
